The Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is responding to this earthquake through Presbyterian Disaster Assistance and its partners.   You may make your checks out to First Presbyterian Church of Smithtown.  Our offerings will be directed through the Presbyterian Disaster Assistance Program.  They are top notch, and we may count on our funds getting to the needs and the people.  As Dr. King put it, "we are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny.  Whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly."
